1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WatcherSync (the "App"), a Jira Cloud application developed and provided by Appcento ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App through the Atlassian Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be an authorized user of a Jira Cloud instance and have the authority to install or use Marketplace apps on behalf of your organization. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. License and use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App within your Jira Cloud environment for its intended purpose: copying watchers from parent issues to subtasks.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except as permitted by law
- Use the App to violate any laws or third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass Atlassian Forge security restrictions or the App's permission scopes
- Misrepresent the App as an Atlassian product or endorsement
4. Marketplace billing
WatcherSync is offered through the Atlassian Marketplace. Billing, licensing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Atlassian and are subject to Atlassian's Marketplace Terms and pricing policies.
5. Support
We provide support on a best-effort basis via email at [email protected]. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the App stores and how it is handled.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appcento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Jira site. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law or Atlassian policies.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appcento operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
